HP Recommended

I have been trying since 8th May 21 to enrol a printer onto Instant Ink.  I have created the user account with shipping address without issue but when I try and enter a claim code, after about 30 seconds I get the message

 

"Server Error.  Try again soon"

 

I really need to sort soon as my colleage rquires the printer.
