Product: HP Envy 5000
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi I just bought a hp envy 5000 all in one. The inkjet card inside says 2 months of free trial upon signing up but after I signed up it shows only 1 month. My serial no is [Personal Information Removed] and product no is Z4A57A. Hope this can be resolved
