Product: OfficeJet5222

I purchased a printer(OfficeJet 5222) in November of last year, knowing that I was able to get four months of free ink. I registered in hp instant ink website. But I couldn’t find any promo code and still don’t know how to get it.  Appreciate if you let me know about that.
