HP Recommended
Product: 4155e

My printer only prints in blue. I have bought new cartridges. align, clean head etc... nothing helps. I am at the end of my rope here . this thing is 2 weeks old and it is an office printer. This is unacceptable. Anyone have any suggestions before  I put in back in the box or trash it? This is the worst Printer EVER!!!!!
