HP Recommended
Product: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP officejet 4215 all-in-one does not pick up paper to print. Scanner is working fine. "Load Paper" message is appearing even after loading the paper.

Can you please help me resolve this?
