Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

hello community,

please i need a support from you, my Hp Printer, HP Laserjet 5200 was working perfectly well before now. i got this error message (49. ff95 service error) immediately i used it to print a document. i went throught other helps (fireware upgrade, troubleshoot, memory) to get it solved, but still not working. 

What else can i do.
