I have four 7610-series printers, including two 7612 models.  All of them were working fine, and now one of the 7612 printers will not print the lines on VectorWorks drawings.  It prints hatches and fills in shapes, but not the outline.  No plain lines. Prints text.  Not an ink issue as all colors of things that are not lines will print fine (and I've cleaned heads and installed new cartridges).  I tried making a pdf of my drawing but the same thing happens.  I exported that pdf to .jpg and that printed the lines but very faintly.  My suspicion is the problem is somewhere in the driver or some related code that is just not allowing the printer to recognize the lines.  Prints photographs just fine.  Running Vectorworks 2021 latest version.  This printer also has trouble connecting to my computer via USB cable, but wireless works fine (this could be just coincidental)   I have the same problem with Adobe Illustrator, so the problem is definitely related to vector-based drawings.  I just tried to print a Photoshop document with lines drawn in it and got a strange dialogue window that said "DesignjetPDE.plugin will damage your computer" and it allowed me to show this file in my finder and report it to Apple.  And now the printer won't print anything at all.
