HP Recommended
Product: HP2055dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My HP2055dn suddenly hangs with the display showing "84 Err 1313" and then prints out ten pages with an errorlog with no useful information. After years without any problem I have had this twice in a week.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Any suggestion will be appreciated!
