Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just purchased 902 color cartridges and installed, but I cannot print anything in color.   Shows that they are full cartridges. Very frustrating to say the least.   When I shake the cartridges I do not hear that there is any liquid in them.   That seems strange to me.   Could they be dried up?  They are dated March 2023.   I see where there was a recall on these in the past, has that been resolved.   Extremely frustrated with this printer and cartridges not working for 3 years now.
