Hello, all the while the printer was working properly. Recently, a problem started- when I want to send an email from a scan, the feedback is- "the printer is unable to connect to the web services.
The server may be busy, please try again later". In the summary of the Internet services on the printer screen it says: 
"Email is not available.
Offline mode.
hp eprint-enabled
HP-enabled printing."
This problem occurs even though the printer is connected to the Internet, and when I send an email from my computer for printing through HP services, the printing works. Likewise, when I send a print through WIFI, the print works properly.
What can I do to connect my printer to the Internet and send a scan email?
