Product: Samsung SCX-4623FW
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Whenever I try to scan or copy letter size pages using the ADF, it jams after 2 or 3 pages.  This happens when using  only 8 to 10 sheets with straight edges (no creases or staple holes) with the paper guides set exactly to 8 1/2" wide. ready to dupe machine if can't fix.  The troubleshooting from  HP  support was worthless.  Thanks.
