Product: HP LaserJer Pro M477MFP
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
When printing a #10 envelope using the manual feed option and paper type set to envelope a "shadow" of the destination address prints to the right of the destination address. The address prints correctly but the "shadow" address is barely legible, as though there's not enough toner in the cartridge, but it's dark enough to be noticeable.
I don't have the same problem with the return address or when printing on regular paper.
I am using HP original toner.
Any ideas on how to prevent the "shadow" address from appearing?
