Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi All.

 

We have got a M501 laser printer but we have record the password incorrectly and now we can not get into the printer settings as the password is wrong.  Does any one know how we can reset the password.

 

We have reset the printer back to factory settings thinking this would work but it hasnt.

 

Any help would be great.
