HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet 6800
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Printer worked fine until I was prompted to downloaded the HP Smart app - and I did. Now, a week later, I've had wonderful suggestions and links given by the community to uninstall, download, install, turn off, turn on, uninstall, download, etc.. But I continue to get the message that the printer is not available. My husband can print from his PC. But he didn't get prompted to upgrade to the new HP Smart app. Is that the problem? Can't seem to get r
