Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Yesterday, November 7, subject printer (bought in 2008, but working well) was no longer recognized by Windows . Recommendation: Install scanner. The app I have been using successfully is Windows Scanner App, both document feeder and flatbed. I have run HP Print Scan Doctor 5.4.2 many times since yesterday, it worked one time and a test scan was successful. Then the problem occurred again and the HP PS Doctor could no longer fix it. Thanks for any advise. -R.
