Product: Deskjet F4480
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi all,
Printing issue with out Deskjet F4480. When I try to print in black, it doubly prints the text line about 1cm above itself. I've wanted to try realigning cartridge, but when I open HP Smart, it says the Printer status is unknown, and Print Quality Tools option is unselectable. Reinstalling the driver hasn't worked.
A- Does this sound like an alignment issue? Taking out the cartridge and putting it back in >10 times didn't start the auto alignment page
B- Is there a way to manually go through the alignment process outside of HP Smart?
C- Are there other suggestions to get HP smart to recognize the printer?
