HP Tank Wireless 410 Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My All-In-One Wireless 410 printer wifi blue light keeps blinking. My printer should be under warranty. I purchased the product through Amazon. I have tried contacting HP support to no avail for over 3 weeks. The printer serial number according to the invoice is different from the one that was automatically recognised. It tells me the warranty has been exchanged (I have no understanding what that means) and fail to receive any help.

 

My wifi light is not stabilising and I am unable to connect the printer over wifi.

 

Please if anyone could help as to how I can resolve my issue
