Product: HP OfficeJet 5222 All‑in‑One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Using HP Smart version 127.1.115.0
Showing printer as Ready
However on selecting the scan it's showing printer is not connected.
I have uninstalled the software twice and re-installed but still I am getting the same error.
Please help me out.
