Product: HP Smart Mobile Fax
Operating System: iOS

According to HP’s website, on their FAQ’s regarding the Mobile Fax option on the HP Smart App, the answer to the question ⬇️: 

 

“Can I cancel or remove Mobile Fax from the HP Smart app?”


Their answer is…
 
”If you do not want to use Mobile Fax, you can remove the tile from your Home screen in the Personalize Tiles list.
Mobile Fax is a permanent feature of the HP Smart app, similar to printing photos or scanning. It is automatically included in newer versions of the app.
HP does not require payment or a subscription to use the Mobile Fax service during the free trial period. 30 days before the end of the free trial period, HP offers paid service plan options. You can opt out at that time, or cancel an existing subscription at any time.”
 
This is what I’ve been able to find out so far. Hope this helps. 
P.S. I haven’t read all of the answers from the community to this question yet, so if someone already quoted the same information I have stated above, I apologize for repeating it. But hopefully it will be posted close to the top so other people do not have to scroll through 733,482 replies just to find HP’s answer to this question. Best of luck to everyone! 🌷
