Color LaserJet 4600

I'm trying to track printer/toner usage to better control toner purchases/inventory for our two 4600s. The supplies printout shows that the printer in one office has higher average coverage per page -- almost double -- the other. My gut is telling me that the people in that office (a somewhat out-of-the-way accounting office) are printing an excessive number of non-work family photos and the like.

I'd like to be able to see if, besides using MORE toner than the other users, this office is also using it FASTER. That way, I can guesstimate whether we can get by for the remainder of the fiscal year on what each printer has or whether we need to order more. Is there any way to find out when a cartridge was installed or, alternatively, how many pages, on average, each machine prints per day?

(I *HATE* having to be the one policing this -- I signed up to be the graphic designer, not the printer cop, fer gossake! -- but since I'm the guy saddled with ordering toner, I have to justify busting the budget if I need to order more this late in the FY.)
