Product: LaserJet Pro 15W
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
Although my new MacBook (with Apple's new M1 chip and running macOS BigSur ) "sees" the HP LaserJet Pro 15W printer on the network, nothing prints. An error message appears that says: "Some of the software for the printer is missing. Please contact the printer‘s manufacturer for the latest compatible software." I've tried reinstalling/updating drivers from HP's website as well as through the HP Smart App, but without any success. The HP Laser Jet Pro 15W prints otherwise without a problem with my other Apple (including via AirPrint) and Windows devices. Any solutions? Thanks!
