Product: MFP M477fdw

Four year old MFP M477fdw printer no longer connects with "scan to email" and other apps through the Apps icon on the Home display screen.  Returns error message: "Access Denied. The service may be busy. Retry later.  If the problem continues, check for firmware updates." This app was accessible and working for several years and stopped this week with no changes to any devices connected with this printer or network.  I updated the firmware, restarted the printer, but the problem persists.
