Connection error when trying to print quick forms using Apps

HP Laserjet MFP M127fw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some reason, when I choose Apps on my printer, it goes to "downloading from web", then i choose Quick Forms, then it goes to "downloading from web". I choose Notebook paper as that is what i want to print and after i choose that, I get Connection Error.  If i choose calendar, fax cover sheet, notebook paper, i get the same "Connection Error message"

i have unplugged the printer, reset my network adapter on my laptop, reset the router.  Ran the wireless network test report; no errors.  Also ran the self test/configuration and i don't really see anything that looks odd.

Any ideas anyone? I think it happened months ago but then it resolved itself.  I have no idea why this function is not working.  I am  hoping to get this resolved.  Thanks for any and all help
