Product: DesignJet 800 42" Plotter
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am working with an Engineering client who has purchased a fully-loaded ZBook17 G4 and is trying to use his DesignJet 800 Series 42" Plotter to print architectural drawings for his business. We have loaded the Win 7 drivers but cannot get the Architectural sizes D and E1 as he had before on a Dell Latitude that was replaced for a failed hard drive. We need your help as other options are far too expensive for this client. Can anyone help us get these drivers for my client and help me get them installed. Thanks to anyone who can.
