Product: Laserjet pro MFP M477fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I print an envelope from MS Word to Tray 1 the PC sends print job to the printer, it shows on the screen of the printer very quickly, and then it seems to auto-cancel or just stop as if no print job had been sent. There are no error messages; there are no print jobs in the queue. It will print correctly from Tray 2 but no Tray 1.

Please help!
