Hi HP,

About a year ago I reserached this at length but couldn't find a solution. I'm revisiting the issue.

WE are a small law office who prints EVERY single email. The printouts must include the "TO" "FROM" "SUBJECT" and "Date" fields. (It's critical)

I'd like to be able to Eprint by putting the HP Printers email in the "BCC" line ideally.

I am currently able to Eprint by putting the printer's email in the "TO" or "CC" fields ("BCC" says error)

. If need be I don't mind having the printers email in the "TO" or "CC" line (I'll live with that) but the fact that the printout doens't have the "TO" "FROM "SUBJECT" "DATE" fields is a big problem.

I was just wondering if anyone now had a solution or workaround.  At one point last year I tried forwarding but it didn't work.

Thank you very much,
