Product: HP DESKJET Ink Advantage 3636
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I left my printer without using it for one year.

I tried printing a paper today, but unfortunately the black color was not printed at all though both of the printer screen and HP Smart app indicate that the color levels are nearly full...

I took out the cartridges to check on them, and there was not any dry stains on them.

Then I selected the print-heads cleaning order for two times, but it didn't solve the problem.

 

 May I need to clean the print-heads unit manually? But I don't know how to get it out...
