Product: PageWide Pro 477dn

As the title says, this printer is not printing black ink on a single vertical line. It does not do this when printing color, as seen in the Quality Report and a page printed during the printhead alignment process. The printhead alignment did nothing to fix the issue, so what are some other options for fixing this?
