Product: MacBook Pro 2012, Chrome book and PC
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

HP Color LaserJet MFP M476nw. S/N: [Personal Information Removed]

Every now and then the printer gors into its choma or sleep with a black screen but responsive touch and LEDs.

No printing is possible from Mac, PC, iPhone nor Android device. Unplug power and restart and then it works fine for a day or two. This is driving me crazy. Always kept firmware up to date, but in vane.

 

Any suggestions....?
