Hey there!

Just a few days ago I ran into my neighbours while they were emptying their attic. They were gonna throw away a printer that looked perfectly fine to me because it had some wifi-issues according to them.

Since I was looking for a printer anyway, I took it and ordered some ink cartridges right away.

They stored the printer without any cartridges inside for quite some time. The Cyan, Magenta and Yellow cartridges were working beautifully but sadly, the black one wasn't exactly doing what I wanted it to.... It just doesn't print. The printer recognizes that it's there and that it's all filled up, but someone doesn't seem to access it.

I've ran the printhead-cleaning operation about 5 times now but it doesn't seem to help. Word documents are printed entirely blank and the "test pages" after cleaning got some black on it after the first test, the last one hardly got anything on it (I'll attach pictures for that matter. The paper with more black is after cleaning stage 1, the one with less is after cleaning phase 3.)

Has anyone had similar problems? What could I try to fix this?

Best regards
