Product: HP Envy 4501
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

My HP Envy 4501 printer suddenly stopped printing black ink.  I have installed a new HP black ink cartridge, completed the "clean printer heads" multiple times (not working) and removed and cleaned the cartridges.  The printer head cannot be removed to clean it in the printer, correct?  What else can be done aside from replacing the printer.  Warranty expired in 2014 (purchased in 2013).
