Product: Officejet Pro 6830

Officejet Pro 6830 will not print black but color is working fine. Tried cleaning inkhead via the printer 3x.s, cleaned it by hand (carefully) 3x's, aligned printhead 2x's, cleaned page smears, shut it down and re started, I have 10 pieces of clean HP white paper inside the printer for testing -...NOTHING IS WORKING.... the warranty is up on this an I'm super disappointed as I have just spent money on new HP paper and HP ink for it... We have been buying HP for years and usually their products last longer.. not sure if their quality is lower now?
