Product: HP Photosmart Premium C410a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is printing color but no black! I have cleaned the printhead and then replace the printhead and cartridges. Ran all the diagnostics... says the alignment failed. Then I unplugged it and reset it. Still the same...Help!!
