Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

We have just changed the hard disk and installed the latest firmware for this device, owing to an earlier hardware failure. Now when we print even a basic report we get either a printout that is an array of colours in a blurry mess filling the whole page (e.g. Demo Page output), or a page with rectangular outlines but no text (e.g. "Configuration Pages"). Similar results doing a straight printout from an Office programme via Network printing.

We are using the latest firmware but this product is at least 5 years old. I am wondering if it's firmware, and if there is legacy firmware available we could try?

Alternatively, are there any other thoughts/tips for what we could try?

Paul
