Product: designjet T520

My offices hp designjet t520 is having a myrid of issuse. Frist off, the printer no longer boots. It loads straight into a screen showing off the error code BA7E73EA. I have looked online, and have found no information about this. As well as this happening, my printer head is locked on the right side of the printer. I was wondering if someone new anything about there problems, and how I can get them fixed.
