Operating System: Other

Hi there,

I've had my Sprocket for a year now and I've always noticed that the prints had a blue tint but I never bothered to check if this was an issue anyone encountered until I read a forum discussing the same concern. I have tried all the updates, reset, cleaning, and other steps suggested by customer service in the other forum but it has not made any changes. Please advise. Thanks!
