Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer series

Sent a document to print, it came out smothered in blue ink.  I did a Clean Printhead Level 1 last night then ran out of black ink.  I tried printing another document this morning and it came out virtuallytotally blue. I changed the ink cartridges on blue and black this morning and did another Clean Printhead Level 1 which still shows blue ink down one side.  Am currently doing a Level 2.

 

Anyone else had any issues like this.  it's a work printer and not on contract.
