Hi,

I am not sure how to report a bug so I'm posting here.

I noticed that all of a sudden the scanner pdf output is 200dpi even though it's set as 300dpi. I tried reinstalling software, rebooting printer, using HP Scan and Print Doctor, etc. Nothing fixes this issue.

If I have 'searchable pdf' set as output, then the max resolution dpi is 200, even if 300 is selected. if I change to regular pdf instead of searchable PDF, or if I try JPEG, then the resolution is correct at 300dpi. It's only 200dpi if I change to searchable PDF. I tried the latest HP scan software. I also tried HP scan extended with the same issues. This is clearly a bug but I'm not sure how to report it.
