HP Recommended
Business Inkjet 1200dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Well,  my poor BI 1200dn has finally died (after over 25,000 print-jobs)... The paper-feed sensor (mid-carriage paper feed sensor) came loose & began blocking the printhead carriage. After noting that, I glued that sensor in place.

Now when I turn the printer on --after warm up-- ALL error-lights come on.  I've reset the printer several times to no avail.

I did press the Configuration Page button + power button to print the printhead alignment & colors (very sharp images and great colors), and then when I reset & restarted the printer it kept trying to print more of those pages until it just "locks up" with printhead carriage-travel stuck all the way to the left.

I'm hoping someone "out there" can tell me where the "magic button" is (ha)...!  I have 5 brand new printheads & hate to have to trash them! Besides, I really love this printer!!!!!!!

Thanks, folks!  If there is no answer to this problem, is there another heavy duty (!!!) printer you might suggest?
