Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The ink carriage is stuck on the right side of the printer and cannot be moved manually (as dictated in document c01620497). I have been through all the steps for "Clear carriage jam" and "Clear paper jam,"  and now it's time to tear this down and repair it. Could I please have the link to the service manual; google is not forthcoming on this one.
