Product: Smart Tank 530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The HP smart tank 530 always replies to a command "printer offline" but prints the desired work after a few seconds. If want to scan, it replies "printer offline" and doesn't scan the work. It is not offline - it prints test papers.
