CLR20r3 HPInstantPrinting.exe

Installed HP Instant Print 3 utility software on computer.  WHen I go to launch utility I get "HP eprint$share has stopped working", checking for solutions.  Tried installing and running as admin, compatibilty mode, still can't get it to run.
