Product: CP2025dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Was having an issue that required me to change the location of my printer. After relocating it, the paper won't feed from tray 2. Just keep getting "Jam in Tray 2" message. Prints fine from Tray 1. When I pull out the tray, I notice that the bottom doesn't seem to be "springy" like it usually is. I'm assuming that that's the reason the paper isn't feeding, but I have no idea how to resolve the problem.
