Product: CP2025dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi:

 

I am attempting to fix a CP2025dn printer. Below is the print quality. It seems that the colors are out of alignment.

 

I've tried the Calibration function on the menu to no avail.

 

I have also tried several different drivers, including the latest driver from HP on their website and that hasn't fixed it either.

 

One user suggested a factory reset, which I did to no avail.

 

The users are using genuine HP toner cartridges.

 

We have printed this document to a newer HP printer and it prints correctly, with all colors lined up.

 

Page count is 18,954.
