Operating System: Other

I can not enter to bios sturtup menu. All my actions (press esc, del, f10, f2 or f12)  finished  to hardware diagnostic menu. Boot devices (usb, hdd) also not starting. This happened after first reboot when i install windows 10. Memory and hard drive test is okay.
