Product Description: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdn

Product Number: T6B81A

We have bought this Printer today and we use it through ethernet RJ45.

Our coroporate mail server is STARTTLS secure on port 587.

We have tried to configure the SMTP profile but it fail early in the process apparently on DNS check.

If we use the IP then the test step is a bit longer but still fail.

We have tested with a GMAIL account and that also fail.

The printer is connected to the internet we have tested by sending an email to our email ...@hpeprint.com  and the document got printed.

We need to have the email feature available, we do not have any network drive.

Any IDEA how to configure? I have been through all the settings, and cannot find a way to configure anything more except DNS server which we have configured to use `8.8.8.8`, and `8.8.4.4` but that didn't help at all.
