Product: HP Laserjet 1150
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I need to connect my old LaserJet 1150 to a computer running Windows 8.1 64 bit that only has USB 3 ports. It doesn't work when I connect it directly or via a USB-2 hub. The printer is shown in the device list, but wouldn't print. Windows device troubleshooting says that it's not compatible with USB 3, and that I should connect it to a USB 2 port. I have installed the latest device driver. Help please.
