Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The steps in the HP  FW update instructions document are completely useless for any 8600 series OfficeJet owner/user regarding this latest FW version - The current 8600 Firmware update (OJP8600_N911g-n_2011A) simply cannot be installed onto, or applied to, any 8600 series OfficeJet!  Nor can these OfficeJets presently be updated to version FW 2011A via the OfficeJet's built-in Web Services interfaces (which have also been rendered disabled and non-accessible):

You really should stop suggesting doing a FW update on these 8600 OfficeJets using this current unusable update until such time as HP issues a corrected FW updater that actually does work for these OfficeJets else wise you're only serving to further frustrate your already highly frustrated 8600 customers.
