Product: HP477
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP477FDW printer and just got the 410x cartridge for it but it's too big for the tray to slide back in. Has anybody else had this problem? The instructions and HP website clearly state that we can use the 410x cartridges but it's too tall for the tray.  I can shift it forward into the Cyan slot but the printer doesn't like that - the tray closes but the warning sign comes up that I've got the wrong cartridge in the Cyan slot.   Does something need to be reprogrammed?
