HP Recommended

I have been using my HP smart app to print from my Google pixel phone for several months with no problems. Recently, I have not been able to print from a certain website, which is something I need to do often for work. I can print from Gmail and other websites, it seems. When I try to print from this particular website the blue print icon never pops up, sometimes it says there was a problem printing, but when I tap the "retry" button, the message goes away but nothing else happens. I have tried a direct USB connection and WiFi... I can't even save as PDF.

So far, I have cleared the cache and data from my printer spooler, check for system and app updates, uninstalled and reinstalled the HP app and plug-in.

The company whose website I am trying to use says that nobody else is having problems. I can print from their website from my Windows PC, which uses a Brother printer. It seems to be something between their website and the HP app? I am at a loss at this point. Is there anything else I can try?
